A landscape has a way of adding such beauty to any home and with this year’s Kinsmen Dream Home, we achieved just that! Thanks to Peake Urban Landscapes, 45 Larratt Close has never looked better and this blog is about showcasing our appreciation for all the handwork they did for us this year.

With over 40 years of combined experience, Peake Urban Landscapes started six years ago with the vision of providing a full-service company along with professionally designed and constructed outdoor living spaces. They view each project as an extension of the client’s house and consider it to be an outdoor living room where clients can enjoy their yard. They limit the amount of projects per year so they can deliver quality landscapes and work with clients more closely from the design phase right through to the construction phase. They specialize in all aspects of consultation, design, and construction to include all soft landscaping, hard landscaping, and lightscapes. Peake Urban Landscapes values their work and continues to provide their clients with consultation and service after the project is completed.

“We are always proud to support projects that can impact and help move the Central Alberta Region forward. We believe in what the Red Deer Kinsmen’s vision of serving the communities greatest need and we want to help them achieve that. We were honoured and fortunate to be asked to design and construct the yard for this year’s Dream Home. Everyone who was involved in the landscape project (including Kinsmen!) donated their time to complete the project and help further the financial contribution back to the community. We should also include Melcor Developments for donating the trees and shrubs towards the project and Scott Irrigation for donating the irrigation system!”

Peake Urban Landscapes values community and what it means. In collaboration, we’ve been able to work together to help serve the community’s greatest needs.

“We live in Central Alberta and we are not satisfied with good….we want it to be great! The Red Deer Kinsmen help achieve that and what Peake Urban Landscapes can give back means Central Alberta will be that much better,”  said Peake.

Peake Urban Landscapes is a small company but they do everything. They are with their clients right from the consultation phase at the start through to the construction phase; which, ultimately is the end of the project.

“We like to see the project from start to end and value our commitment to the project. Our clients appreciate dealing with the same people as it makes the communication and clarity of the project that much better. We go from pencils designing the project to strapping on the steel toes and getting dirty,” explained Peake.

Most of their projects are unique and customized to the needs of their client. Check out Their Facebook page Peake Urban Landscaping to see what they’ve done! Thanks again Myles and everyone at Peake Urban Landscapes—your hard work has not gone unnoticed.
