Red Deer Kinsmen Lucky Bucks Lottery Rules 2025
1. Members of the Kinsmen Club of Red Deer and their immediate family are not eligible to purchase tickets.
2. All raffle winners have 3 months from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC). Alternatively with AGLC approval, unclaimed prizes or monies equivalent in value may be donated to the licensees own approved use of charities.
3. Prizes must be accepted as drawn.
4. Ticket sales are restricted to the province of Alberta and can be purchased online via Rafflebox using the following link: Red Deer Kinsmen Lucky Bucks Lottery 2025 | Rafflebox . In person purchases may be available at various events and venues such as Red Deer Center Fest and the Red Deer Farmers Market. 5. Prizes won by deceased persons will be awarded to their estates.
6. Tickets cannot be purchased by anyone less than 18 years of age. Sellers must advise ticket purchasers not to enter the name (s) of persons under 18 years of age on the tickets.
7. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.
8. The Kinsmen Club of Red Deer reserves the right to request a draw date extension, upon AGLC approval in the event that a minimum of $850,000.00 in ticket sales is not achieved by the final cut-off date of December 31/ 2025.
9. Tickets have no cash value and refunds are not available.
10. In the event of a power failure, the draw(s) will take place immediately upon restoration of power.
11. Payment by personal cheque may not be accepted between the following dates December 20 to December 31/2025. This is to allow sufficient time for cheques to clear prior to the final draw dates.
12. For eligibility in the Lucky Loyalty Draw (prize including packages from the Red Deer Rebels, Sylvan Lake Gulls, and The City of Red Deer), tickets must be purchased prior to 11:59pm on October 25/2025. The winner of this prize will be drawn virtually using Raffle Box’s online ticket software on November 01/2025.
13. For eligibility in the Early Bird Draw ($25,000 cash prize), tickets must be purchased prior to 11:59pm on November 24/2025. The winner of this prize will be drawn virtually using Raffle Box’s online ticket software on December 01/2025. Entry by raffle ticket purchase available to the general public.
14. For eligibility in the Lucky Bucks Reverse Draw (X20 cash prizes including a grand prize of $400,000), tickets much be purchased prior to 11:59pm on December 31/2025. Entry by raffle ticket purchase is available to the general public.
15. On January 4/2026 20 Tickets will be selected as finalists for the grand prize draw. All tickets purchased from the lottery opening until closing on December 31/2025 will be eligible to be a finalist for the grand prize. These 20 names will be used doing a reverse draw format to eliminate 19 names to come up with the winning ticket who will be the sole winner of the $400,000 grand prize.
16. The 20 finalist ticket numbers will be selected using Raffle Box’s online ticket software. Entry by raffle ticket purchase is available to the general public.
17. On January 16/2025 – The 20 finalist tickets will be pulled one at a time in a manual reverse draw format live at Bo’s bar and Stage until the last ticket number remains.
18. The 20 finalist ticket numbers (original ticket number generated by RaffleBox) and names will each be placed inside an individual ball and put into a manual AGLC approved draw barrel. These will be drawn one at a time to position the finalists starting at 20th place down to 1st place being our grand prize winner.
19. The 20 tickets will be paid out the following as prizes for being the finalists: First 5 names eliminated will receive $1,000 each. The next 5 names eliminated will receive $2,500 each. The next 5 names eliminated will receive $5,000 each, the next 3 names eliminated will receive $10,000 each. The next name eliminated will receive $25,000. The final name remaining will receive the $400,000 grand prize.
20. The reverse draw will be held at Bo’s Bar and Stage in Red Deer and will be open to anyone 18 years of age or older. The 20 tickets will be pulled manually from a draw barrel as per AGLC terms and conditons.
21. Prizes will be drawn in order of ascending value with the final ticket drawn for the cash raffle. Each winning ticket will be placed back in the draw to be eligible for all draws.
22. All winners are required to produce identification and sign an acceptance form before taking a prize into their possession.
23. After a winner has accepted a prize, neither the Kinsmen Club of Red Deer nor any supplier of a prize is responsible for any fees, maintenance costs, taxes or insurance related to the use of that prize.
24. Prize winners will be contacted by telephone and/or registered mail.
25. Winners names will be posted on www.reddeerkinsmen.com and the winner of the $400,000 will appear in the Red Deer Advocate, radio and on social media.
26. Tickets may be purchased by more than one person, however in the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the Red Deer Kinsmen shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket. The Red Deer Kinsmen and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
27. All prize winners agree to have their name and/or photo used in promotional materials including but not limited to print and web media.
28. A maximum number of 134,000 total tickets will be sold. 4,000: single tickets sold at $75 (4,000 tickets), 3,500: 5-packs sold at $150 (17,500 tickets), 1,500: 15-packs sold at $250 (22,500 tickets), and 3,000: 30-packs sold at $300 (90,000 tickets). Maximum combined total ticket value: $2,100,000.
29. The Red Deer Kinsmen respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by the Red Deer Kinsmen will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries. Red Deer Kinsmen 50/50 Cash Raffle – 2025
Rules
Draw Dates: Red Deer Kinsmen Cash Raffle draw will be held January 16, 2026, using Raffle Box’s ticketing system at Bo’s Bar and Stage. Only tickets purchased before the cutoff of 11:59 PM December 31, 2025 will be eligible for this draw.
In the event of a power failure, the draw will take place immediately upon restoration of power.
Above mentioned draw is open to any member of the general public 18 and over that is wishing to attend.
Winner will be notified in writing by a Red Deer Kinsmen Cash Lottery Committee member detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize. Also, the name, city and winning ticket number of winner will be published on the lottery website site www.reddeerkinsmen.com.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed up to 3 months following the draw. If any prize remains unclaimed for more than 3 months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prize.
Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets: The Red Deer Kinsmen and immediate family of those above listed above and anyone under the age of 18. The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is determined void and the purchaser refunded.
In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name: the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.
Red Deer Kinsmen Cash Raffle tickets available are; 4,999 single tickets at $10 each, 8000 6-packs for $25, 5,000 25-packs for $50, and 5,000 125-packs for $100 for a total of 802,999 tickets. The payout will be 50% of the sale proceeds up to a maximum combined total ticket value of $999,990.
Purchasers are not required to purchase a ticket in the Red Deer Kinsmen Lucky Bucks Raffle to be eligible to purchase tickets in the 5050 Cash Raffle. However, ticket purchasers who only purchase 5050 Cash Raffle and not the Red Deer Kinsmen Lucky Bucks Raffle will only be eligible for the 5050 Cash Raffle draw being held on January 16, 2026.
All tickets will be controlled by Raffle Box online systems and can be purchased by mail, phone, Internet and in person when set up for sales.

If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission will the Licensee make a request for draw date extension.
