1. Members of the Kinsmen Club of Red Deer and their immediate family are not eligible to purchase tickets.

2. All raffle winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by the Commission. Alternatively with Commission Approval, unclaimed prizes or monies equivalent in value may be donated to the licensees own approved use of profits.

3. Prizes must be accepted as drawn. Cash equivalencies will not be allowed.

4. Ticket sales are restricted to the province of Alberta.

5. Prizes won by deceased persons will be awarded to their estates.

6. Tickets cannot be purchased by anyone less than 18 years of age. Sellers must advise ticket purchasers not to enter the name ( s ) of persons under 18 years of age on the tickets.

7. Prizes won by minors will be place in trust with the Public Guardian of Alberta.

8. Final draw procedure will be based on a media draw at the Dream Home, located at 36 Clearview Drive, Red Deer Alberta on December 31st 2009. The winning ticket will be pulled from a draw barrel as per AGLC regulations.

9. The Kinsmen Club of red Deer reserves the right to request a draw date extension in the event that a minimum of $750,000 in ticket sales is not achieved by the final draw date of December 31, 2009.

10. Tickets have no cash value and refunds are not available.

11. The cutoff date for the Early Bird Draw is midnight November 29, 2009

12. The Early Bird draw will be held on December 3rd, 2009 at 36 Clearview Drive, Red Deer Alberta.

13. The Early Bird prize will be Trip to Oahu Hawaii from Marlin Travel valued at $5000.

14. The Early Bird Draw winning ticket drawn December 3, 2009 will be returned to the draw barrel for the final draws taking place December 31, 2009.

15. Prizes will be drawn in order of ascending value with the final ticket drawn for the Dream Home. Each ticket will be place back in the draw barrel to be eligible for all draws.

16. Gift certificates awarded to winners will have no cash value and are valid for 1 year from the draw date. Gift certificates will be sent to the respective winner via registered nail. The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, whose decision is final, shall settle any disagreements regarding the awarded prizes.

17. Transportation to and from the airport of departure for any of the vacation prizes is the responsibility of the winner of the vacation prize. Any additional spending money beyond the stated value of the Gift Certificate will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

18. All winners are required to produce identification and sign an acceptance form before taking a prize into their possession.

19. After a winner has accepted a prize, neither the Kinsmen Club of Red Deer nor any supplier of a prize is responsible for any fees, maintenance costs, taxes or insurance related to the use of that prize.

20. Prize winners will be contacted by telephone and/or registered mail.

21. Winners names will be posted on www.reddeerkinsmen.com and will appear in the Red Deer Advocate.

22. Tickets may be purchased by more than one person, however in the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket, and that the licensed charity and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.

23. Gift certificates awarded to winners may have restrictions on location of use, and items available for purchase. The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, whose decision is final, shall settle any disagreements regarding the awarded prizes.

24. All prizewinners agree to have their name and/or photo used in promotional materials including but not limited to print and web media.

25. Tickets: 14,115 tickets printed with 7,500 at a ticket price of $100, and 2,205 three pack tickets (6,615total) printed with a ticket price of $ 250.
