Who doesn’t love Westerner Days? From the opening parade to the live entertainment, the next five days will be full of activities for everyone to enjoy. Billed as “Central Alberta’s largest summer celebration,” the event will feature everything from fireworks and clowns, to freestyle motocross stunts and pony chuckwagon races, meaning you’re guaranteed an amazing time with your friends and family.

With all the commotion going on, we wanted to highlight some of the efforts that the Kinettes are doing. This year, the female version of the Kinsmen will be hosting a 50/50 Raffle to support the Central Alberta Sexual Assault Support Centre (CASASC)

Kinnettes are an equally amazing service group.  They are to the Kinsmen what Cher was to Sunny, what Bonnie was to Clyde.  Without them the Kinsmen wouldn't be whole.  These amazing females assist in the Dream Home to a degree that it would not be possible without them.
